Laboratory and supporting equipment are used for applicable sample preparation, handling and processing steps. For agreed immunization projects, antigen–adjuvant emulsions may be prepared by mechanical stirring, shaker-assisted mixing, two-syringe mixing or homogenization, followed by a protocol-defined visual drop-in-water check.

Our cell processing room supports rabbit peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) preparation and cryopreserved delivery. Typical pre-freeze cell viability is around 99%; customer-reported post-thaw viability is generally around 90%.
